Received Portal Email Today.

Received portal request on 18th Nov. but I already create portal credentials by myself long back while studying about portal. I sent details on the same day (18th). How long it will take for credential from IRCC?

I got ADR on 30 December
And sent all documents via email on 31 December.

31 December, On gckey showing:

-your action is required.

-we need more information from you….

5 January till now, gckey is showing:

- your action is required

- The additional documents you provided have been uploaded

I am afraid to upload on gckey and cause conflict with the document I already submitted via email.
Should I upload or just wait….

You should not wait right away upload required documents to GCKEY as well. There is nothing to conflicts. The more sources you choose to upload requested docs earlier it will to IRCC officer. You can also raise a webform & upload documents there as well. Always use multiple sources to reach IRCC officer fast. don't always rely on only one source. Thanks.
