It seems like we don’t need to because it doesn’t make sense to send IRCC something back that they issued to you, but it’s in common sense, normal world. In theirs “bureaucracy world” I won’t be surprised that that’s what they want us to do.
So why they don’t have records who’s inside their country and who’s not, if they asking applicants all this bs info. Port of entry, original entry, last entry… I’ve applied for original visitor visa, then we applied for study permits inside Canada, then extended one time then extended second then third then applied for work permits then applied for pnp then for federal and every single time they ask SAME info that supposed to be attached to UCI
