No, all my friends whose applications are in Winnipeg don't have any updates after transfer.

DEC/11_2020 - Biometric Instruction Letter (BIL)
DEC/17_2020 - Biometric done
DEC/28_2020 - Upfront medical
DEC/30_2020 - Received Medical Request (MR)
Feb/02_2021 - Medical Pass
Apr/02_2021 - ECAS changes to Application Received
Jun/14_2021 - ADR, IMM5669, Employment letter, T4 from Etobicoke. Submitted them on the same day.
Jun/15_2021 - Ecas changes back to "In Process".

Sent my ADRs on the 29th but still “your action is required” in GCkey. “We need some information from you”. Should I send it one more time? Maybe via web-form this time?

check in your in your account where you submit your documents that maybe you have to transmit the documents. You have to upload and then transmit.

I called ircc call center today. Criminality is back to "In progress". It was passed in my previous GCMS note. She told me the reason why I got ADR. Others are same. Eligibility/Security do not start. Medical passed. I guess security, info sharing and criminality pass together soon like background check

I think it is a background check. As far as I know, background check is criminality, security and info sharing. So, they switch back my criminality to in progress. I hope my criminality, security and info sharing are passed after reviewing ADR. Let's see.

No Mr My friend has no update from Winnipeg VO for the last 2 years. He tried MP and MNA letters still nothing.

I did not ask that because most of the transferred applicants got adr to resume the process. Email of ADR said this. "This is with reference to your application for a permanent resident visa under the Provincial Nominee Class. In order to continue the assessment of your application, the following documents/information are required:"
