PNP Paper Based PR Application - VO is Transferred to Etobicoke in 2021

Hello folks.. does anyone receive copr or ppr from Etobicoke office who have dependents outside canada..my file is transferred to Etobicoke in april..everything is passed and i am waiting for final decision from june..

On Friday, September 17th I’ve completed 19 months from AR date. Thursday and Friday were somewhat difficult to log in to GCkey. In fact, Thursday I managed to get in, but Friday wasn’t able. On Saturday, after long work week I was taking a nap at noon. Wi-Fi and cellular were turned off (I wasn’t expecting anything, right). To my surprise when I turned on Wi-Fi around 1:30pm I received 1st portal e-mail. Still can’t believe lol

Logged to ecas right afterwards and it showed DM.
GCkey had no change at all, not even GU.

What is info letter? Isn’t first portal e-mail counts as info letter?

It is different from portal email. Please see this link. Info letter comes to GCKEY and asks to send basic information through webform. You seem not to receive that. Different process. do you receive portal mail from etobicoke office? thanks and congratulation again.

NOC-7511, OINP (inland); AR - Feb. 17 - 2020; AOR - Mar. 13 - 2020; MP - Jan. 2021; ADR - May 27 - 2021.

So, was trying to catch time when eCAS changed. Yesterday received eCOPR and ecas was still DM at time of getting eCOPR. Nothing changed before or right after midnight. Also checked at 4:30am (Toronto time) - haven’t changed yet.
And checked just now, 6:55am and ecas changed into “Complete” and if you go inside it says “You entered Canada and became PR”. So I can assume change in ecas happens somewhere between 4:30am and 7am
