What did they say for no update about medical pass?

He just said still in process

My friend who is transferred to Etobicoke and got a change of ecas to application on Apr/2 got the document request today. Her AR is Feb/13. Her ecas is still "application received".

Updated IMM5669 forms
(Schedule A Background / Declaration). You must provide details of your personal history and addresses from the age of 18 to present without leaving any gaps.
Updated IMM5406 forms (Additional Family Information).
Updated IMM5562 forms (Supplementary Information Your Travels).
Proof of employment, income and funds
(T-4 statements and notices of assessment for the past 2 years; Employer’s letter indicating length of employment, hours of work, duties and salary; Bank letter listing your accounts/investments; Any additional evidence of funds that will assist you in establishing in Canada).
The current residential and mailing address, telephone number and e-mail.

My friend submitted her all documents on Apr/29 and her ecas changes from AR to In Process today.

My ecas also changed from AR to in process today and i got medical request yesterday

My ECAS is changed from AR to In Process today. It was changed to Application received from In Process on 2 Apr 2021 and today it is In Process again.

IMM5669 form, employment letter and latest 3pcs paystubs.
