I submitted my online paper based application(https://prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/application/view-applications) in PNP category on 27th July 2021. It just says submitted, didn't receive any email or further communication. Is that a legit process ? How long does it take & are they any intermediate steps we get to know about.

I just got my AR immediately from the portal. I received an email immediately after I submitted it.

I didn't receive any communication for my paper based online application. Is there any email I need to reach out to get that ?

It's normal not to receive any email (though some recent applicants are receiving it so maybe they updated it).

You'll receive your AoR once they check your application is complete and start processing it. Nobody knows how long it will take. Since it's online, hopefully 5-7 months. Some people who applied using the online portal got their AoR after 5 months though.

I submitted mine July 20 so we applied at around the same time. No need to worry!

There are a bunch of guys who applied even in April, but still haven’t received an AOR yet.
