Is the a non express entry (paperbased) pnp without job offer for people outside canada?
I see this thread is for outlanders.
 
Mind my stupid question please, I have been searching for PNP paper- based Application requirements (from overseas). I see soo many people applying via paper rather than online. My question for those applying (( Outland )):

What are the main differences between PNP through Express Entry and Paper-based PNP?

Any advantages for the paper-based over the online submssion?????

Hi everyone, am new here, please i received my AOR in Jan18 2018 and had my child in may 16 2018, i raised a CSE to inform them and up till this moment i havent heard anything. my application has not been updated not to talk of been called up for medicals.. what could have been the problem.
