AOR: 20 Sep 2020
COR: India
VO: New Delhi
2nd Medical passed: 10th Nov 2021
Eligibility: Passed
Security: Not started
Criminality: In Progress
I got married last March. I had informed IRCC about that and have received an email asking to upload below documents:
1- Kit, Application forms(IMM 0008) 2- Submissions (Relationship questionnaire)
3- Police clearance (For both)
4- Schedule A (IMM 5669E?) 5- Travel history info form (IMM 5562E?)
6- Marriage license/certificate
Can someone please suggest me what is Submissions(Point 2) Relationship Questionnaire that need to be uploaded?
And also for points 5 IRCC has not clearly specified the form number. Is IMM62E the correct one?
Ircc has asked PCC for me(3rd time) and my wife. I was there in Canada in 2018-19 for one year. So, Do I need to get PCC for my Canada stay as well?

1. I don’t know what relationship questionnaire is, you probably need to send a webform to get clarifications.
2. Tavel history form is the same, it is on the website form 5562.
3.If it is stated in the email that you should provide PCC for ALL countries you have lived in the last 10 years , then you must provide that of Canadá. Because if you have stayed for more than 6 months in any country, you need to state it in your form and also provide PCC.
But check the email sent to you carefully, sometimes they just might ask you for a PCC of the current country you live in.

Thank you so much for your reply. I did go through the IRCC website where it is clearly mentioned as below. I believe in that case only PCC from India will suffice. Fingers crossed!! Do I need to get a police certificate for my time in Canada?
No. You don’t need to get a police certificate for your time in Canada.
Hi Guys! can someone please tell me what is the next step after medical passed in outland application case and how much time it takes to get PPR after this?
Hi,
Should primary applicant and dependent needs to land together?
I am the primary applicant (under PNP scheme) and my dependent wife is planning to land few months after me. Is there any consequences?

Could anyone please clarify whether or not an IELTS score matters in the non-express entry pnp category after being nominated by the provincial government Saskatchewan ?
I'm planning to apply to IRCC for PR after taking the new IELTS, but I'm wondering if I should get the same score what I used for PNP nomination.

You didn't understand my question; what I mean is that if I had a clb 7 in IELTS when I was nominated by the provincial government, and that has now expired, will it be a problem if I retake the IELTS and get a clb 6?
I understand that I must submit a valid IELTS score.

Ah ok.
It will not make difference as long as ur nomination is under non EE stream I think. It just have to be valid during the whole process from nomination till submitting federal application.

This is part of the provincial nomination requirements as far as rememeber. So u should have not wait until its expired already, so take it as soon as possible and submit it with ur application.
