I learnt that whenever our PoF is anything other than a bank deposit, it is more likely that it will be marked as “review required” for the officer to make a determination. Since I've got RPRF request last week, I feel my application is in good shape.

I ordered at gcms online and it took 2 weeks for me to get the notes.
I was referring the savings a/c and fixed deposit a/c as bank deposit. I'm not aware of how the gift deeds are treated. You must have deposited it into any of your accounts, right? If yes, then it is a bank deposit.

What's the link to order it ? I read somewhere only Canadian citizen, a PR or people present in Canada can order it for us ? How do they get it? Email or mail copy ?

To my knowledge, if everything with your file is correct, only security should be pending for Feb applicants. Please try calling them and understand if your eligibility and other components are met. If you haven't ordered GCMS notes yet, I would suggest to raise one so that your doubts are cleared.

In the end it was ready to finalize. All the other things are verified and have been met. Crs score was also met. I am pnp fsw. 1st feb 2020 AOR.

Yes, they will accept the documents. Just try calling them to see if the documents you have submitted has been attached to your application. But, I have a question.
Do you mean to say that you never uploaded any proof for your relatives in Canada while submitting your application? If that is the case, how did your application passed the R10 completeness check?

There are many apps to call them and I used textnow. You need to assign a Canadian number based on region code and then call them. Their customer care number is 1-888-242-2100. I would suggest to order for GCMS notes as you are nearing the 6 months period.
