How do you find out your file was transferred to another visa office?

I called and was told by agent. And webform can do that as well.

Anyone got the "Application Received" status in Ecas. Not sure what does that mean. IT was In progress before. Outland. AOR Feb 2020

Medical expired a month back and still no signs of extension or remeds. The long wait continues ...

You can send it through web form.

Below are the requirements
Only PDF, JPEG, TIFF, DOC, or DOCX files are accepted by them. Files must be 2 MB or smaller. If you include multiple files, the total size must be 3.5 MB or smaller.
