Can anyone answer my question?
Scenario:
PNP outland COPR approved, visa stamped. 2nd Dec 2020
Permanent Job Offer to work in Canada.
Will undergo a 14-days quarantine plan post landing.
My skill is an essential skill.
Can I travel to Canada, I believe there should be no restriction as this case comes under exempted restriction.

I fear you won't be able to travel on that COPR as of now. As only people with valid COPR issued before March 18th are allowed now, or unless you are traveling from USA. even if you have a valid job offer with quarantine plan.
Currently only work permit with valid job offer are allowed to travel to Canada or are exempted. No PR applicants are allowed post March 18th.
You still may clarify with IRCC on this, but i am pretty sure on this.

If you want the most accurate date, then it is neither. You have to check GCMS notes for that.
My medical date was 18th January, while my medicals are valid till 22nd January 2021

Yes, probably it must be the date they have received our medical reports. I took medicals for my family of 4 on Feb 8th and the validity date is 9th Feb 2021 for 2 of us and 10th Feb 2021 for the remaining 2 members.
