Do you guys know where I can get a guide for the PR application to CIC, the one I found on the CIC web is not very clear in the evidence documents I need to include.

Anyone submitted application in Oct, 2015 got Acknowledgement Letter?
My application was handed on 30 Oct, and have not received the Letter as of today. I kept emailing OINP and the response was "..... in line to be reviewed by an officer".So frustrating as after 4 months of submission and no confirmation from OINP.
I found it so confusing, OINP published on its website that .... exhausted its allocation" but still sending out the Nomination. Any observations/insights please share

They stopped taking applications since Nov 2015 last year so it should be bundle up.....I would suggest send them one email and wait hope soon you will get the AOR
Actually in my scenario my PNP PR is in process....waiting for MR with my spouse who is living in back home....I got my BOWP couple days before....going to apply my TRV online.....but I want to ADD MY SPOUSE TOO....She is living back home....I went through the questioner and add our details and got the documentation list .....but no financial statement and other things they need ..... Just TRV form of both....Family composition and digital pics.....with marriage certificate and Copy of my permit
My questions ...
What are the chances we will get the visa?
Any idea how long they will take?
There is an optional document (Letter of Explanation) Do I need to write my story ?
Or
please share your personal experience if you have passed through all this ...
I got my nominations on Feb 5th and my application for PR reached on Feb 10th. Is it mandatory to have a job for masters stream? (I know the group name suggests that no job offer required). Also what is the processing you guys have observed for our kind of applications

@luckychump: is there any requirement for the date when the birth certificate was issued? My certificate was issued back in 2008, can I still use it for PNP app?
Hi All, I sent my documents to Toronto for my Provincial Nominee (under Ph.D. stream) last week. Today they received the package with all documents required. Now I have to wait for the nomination from Ontario.
