Yes correct. You have to create another GC key account for another application. When you already have PNP application in progress, you can’t submit information for draw for ITA for CEC .
It’s linked to UCI. There is no problem. You can have 2 accounts and run different applications in different accounts. If one gets approved other application automatically get withdrawn.
can someone guide me, what is the next step after you receive the AOR from IRCC on OINP PNP non EE portal. Got my letter which i am assuming AOR with application number on it 2 days ago and they requested to submit PCC and DoB proof for both me and my spouse for US and India. I already have that ready and will be submitting that in few days. But what i am not sure on following:
1) what are the next step
2) what will be processing time expected after i submit these requested documents?

the next stage would be biometric unless you have done it already. Then would be medical request or prearrival letter or another additional document or those two or three could come together.
those usually happen witin 2 months after additional documents you submited.

I am temporary resident in Canada on Closed work permit and Biometric is generally valid for 10 years once done. Mine was done in 2021. So, what you are saying they will request for biometric again? Is the medical not exempt for applicant applying from Canada?

if you have done it in last 10years you dont need to do that again.
you were requested to submit ppc, that means you and your spouse's criminality check is currently pending or perhaps done now if you submited it.
If you done a medical exam last 5 years by a Panel Physician, needless to do it again.

Yes, my PCC is completed and submitted to IRCC as well. So, the next step would be medical test which i should be expecting in couple of months right? I am applying via Non-EE portal through Provincial nomination. So, I am assuming that it will be under 6 months after AOR reply or more in Non-EE program?

do you mean COPR within next 6 months after AOR? ircc has proceeded the applications so randomly. It so much depends on how complexed on your filing and the amount of additional documents you submited. I cannot tell you how long it will take to reach the final decision, and 6 month is a pretty reasonable length. I received AOR on August 5th, 2022. I got PAL and MR and waiting for "medical passed" now.

how many Immigration approved-clinics in your town or its vicinities? if just one or two better call them to book in to do upfront medical exam. many clinics in small town are fully booked in for next one and half month like I had to go to Vancouver. ircc might request you medical test this week, huh?
Managed to use my powers of persuasion to get an appointment in Saskatoon on Thursday afternoon, so I'll be doing the medical 2 days after issue of MR.

Hoping this long running race will end shortly for everyone whose has been waiting for long. I see IRCC has been speeding up almost all the cases nowadays.
I also read on their website that if you are in Canada applicant and living here for a while with you family then you & family member may be exempt from medical exam. But let see what comes next.
