For PNP, do we need to separately apply to each province website or will the province picks up our profile from express entry pool?

Manitoba is not good. Very slow PNP. WHY are looking for that?
SINP and NSNP EE are the best. Fast easygoing and Job offer is not necessary.

To apply for Nova scotia it asks for Offer Letter from the employer .
My qualification is Masters with 2 years of Experience.
Currently I am in express entry pool with 368 CRS.

No. NSNP Demand EE Category B doesn't require Job offer.
Masters in which subject? Then I can check whether your suitable NOC is in NSNP or SINP in Demand list or not. Your CRS is okay.

What is demand EE category means?
MBA in HR and marketing but in express entry I have given my NOC Code as 1121.

My wife scored 8 band in ielts, is there any issue if I make her as main applicant.
Currently we are in the pool.
Do I need to withdraw the application and then apply again or Can I apply another profile making wife as main applicant??

It’s not 22 years its the point , I wrongly mentioned. My age is 26 where in I get 12 points.

How can u apply for NSNP with NOC 1121? It is not in their Demand list. Your IRCC EE NOC must match with PNP EE NOC. This is the list. Read it. It can change with new intake. But your NOC is looking rare type .
