Hello Everyone,

Before i put my questions forward let me describe my situation:

I am looking for PR through Express Entry and have CRS Score of 370 ( L- 6.5 , R-7.5, W-6.5, S-7 ) which i have calculated through CIC online calculator. Now in order to get CRS above or upto 420 ( as the last draw was 413 ) either i need to give IELTS again which is littile difficult or i can get PNP nomination from any province and then can apply for PR. Below are my concerns on which i am looking for a genuine advice :

1. Are there any provinces who provide PNP nomination without having a job offer from that particular province ?

2. How can i check which PNP nominations are currently open or any update on when they will open pool to invite candidates. I have gone through all the websites of provinces mentioned on CIC website but dint see any information regarding when pool will open.

3. As per my understanding we just need to create Express entry profile once and on same profile we can get PNP invites too if we match the criteria. So my question is if i get invite from any province can i use that invite and the score at the same time in my Express Entry profile or do i have to first live in that province for 2 years and than i can only apply for PR.

Need genuine suggestions here as i dont want spend money on IELTS again and again. Please share your feedbacks

Unfortunately my friend, the advice i will give you may not like.

1. My first suggestion and most important is that you do IELTS again. Study and prepare well, don't just take the exam. Try and improve your Listening and Writing. The reason i say this is because PNP is alot more difficult now as there are limited spaces.

2. The provinces open to outlanders (i'm assuming you're outland) are SK, MB, ON, PEI, NS, NB. PEI is extremely difficult, MB requires you to have a connections. Which realistically leaves SK, NS & ON. For ON you need above 400 in CRS points.

SK & NS require you to have a specific NOC on their list, you can check to make sure your NOC is there. Keep an eye on their website and this forum to know when they are open. They open and close periodically.

3. Yes, you need only 1 EE profile. You use the same profile for regular EE and PNP as well. If you get PNP from EE stream of any province, they add 600 points to your EE score and you get ITA. To the best of my knowledge, there is no requirement for any PNP nominee to live in the province for 2 yrs

@One_Topsy - Thanks for your advice friend. Just a quick question here

Is there any specific time of the year when pool opens for SK and NS or it can happen anytime of the year ?

I would also like to know is there any province / Provinces apart from mentioned above who issue invite for candidates without job offer from that particular province.

Please help !!

1. There is no specific time of the year, you just have to keep checking their website and maybe join some groups on this forum that have people looking for PNP as well. You get to hear when they open

2. I've gone through alll the provinces in Canada, i'm not sure what else you're asking. SK, NS and ON don't require you to have a job offer

Please kindly suggest if my CRS score is 375 and my noc is in Occupation list of Alberta , Nova Scotia, B C than what are the chances of Getting PNP Nomination from Provinces. Kindly Suggest.
