I am a December 30 Applicant, just checked my ECAS and it is In Process since October 3!!!
On October 1 and while it was still "Application Received" CIC asked for an updated IM5669 schedule A for my husband as there was a gap in the personal history section.
I emailed the updated form back on Oct 2 and here we are!
With the exception of Police Certificates, please submit all other requested documents as scanned attachments and send to the following e-mail address:

Thank you! I have sent my passport together with the copy of the PPR email and the other xpress post envelope to send me back my passport. Total of 2 letter envelopes bought at canada post, cost me $38

3.Medical results have been received.

right now Dec 2013 applicants are receiving DM and PPR. Do the math.
Nobody knows exactly when we will get DM and PPR. If we did we wouldn't be stalking this site here 24/7.

Hi Bud, just inquisitive why did your processing take almost 1 year, I am a Jan applicant still not in IP, did they request some document? where was the hang up?
