I need assistance,

LVO requested RPRF and Medicals from me in Mid-August, we done medicals (all family) in September and i sent them mine RPRF of 490 CAD also in September.
Meanwhile i send them an email that my circumstances have been changed now i would like to accompany my family to canada, so let me send/pay you my family's processing fee and RPRF of my spouse on 31st August.
But i didn't receive any email yet.
Ecas status updated to Medicals received.

Now what should i do ?
Should i consider of a CSE ?
And sending a Standard Chartered Bank's Demand Draft how i can make sure that DD is encashed ?
