I ask because I am inland applicant and my wife is still back home but my status is also Application received/medical results have been received. Therefore, i fail to understand your point.

My post is directed to inland applicants who may have dependants (inland too) included in their application. I just want to compare my application status with them. Im getting worried about my status.

Hmmm interesting!!!
But sorry to say i don;t think having your dependants inland or outside canada really does affect your status on ECAS. Your ECAS status is under sole discretion of CIC officer. Sorry to disappoint you buddy but hang in there. I say this because one December or Jan applicant whose spouse is outside canada already got IP and DM.
If it helps you i really hope i am wrong but this is what i see from forum.

If u include your family members when u submitted ur application, there is no influence on ur app. I mean no any delay, at least for me.

I guess we should go together to CPC OTTAWA Office next month if we don,t hear anything from them by end of august .
