Don't worry folks, I just got another email from Sydney saying that the police clearance that I submitted in May is not valid, because they were f*cking lazy to read the whole document and see that the second page was the police clearance, they just stated the title of the first page and they said that they don't accept it.

Here I go again, submitting the same paper and same translation, voiding the first page.

Wish me luck this time, hope I can see my status changed to IP next week.

I got it here in Canada, the consulate located in Calgary, it was an original document signed and sealed.

Cic is just making things more confusing and complicated . Such a bunch of idiots playing with our files . I still remember my so many friends even my brother pr files received between nov 12 to dec 30 2012. They had their passport back with landed immigrant stamp by mid July 2013.

Meanwhile is 2014 , not a single person got passport request . Heads off to CIO and CPC.

Sometimes I just wonder if these agents that keep people's application stocked in a stage while their peers' have long been progressed may likely have taken ill and never had the opportunity to handover to their other colleagues to continue. Because the excuse of them possibly being on vacation this length doesn't add up.
If they took ill, I wish them a very speedy recovery.

Guys, can you please take a min to answer this.

Does DM gives you a status or you still should apply for a BOWP before you actually get PR upon Landing?
MY current work permit is about to expire, hopefully I should get a DM before that.

Please advise!!
