PR received: January 6th,2014
Medical request; february 10th,2014
Rprf paid February 12,2014
Medical done: 2 march, 2014
Medical received update: May 15th, 2014
I did not have any request from them after

most applicant between Nov and Jan have received a reminder email from CIO, which reminded u to pay RPRF, update the form of schedule A and get PCC.

That reminder email doesn't matter with your application. But I would suggest u to double check your schedule A to make sure no gap on it and pay RPRF.

i emailed CPP ottawa for my updated IMM5669 form and this what they reverted .

Just received a request from CIC Sydney for UK PCC where stayed only three months. That's why I didn't submit it initially. So they started looking at December applicants.
