I think I know why they don't ask some.

It depends if you have a lawyer to help you. I know exactly that my guy submitted in application the photos and copy of passport. I believe that also bio data form he submitted before.

I don't know too much about it. For the past 3 ppr bunch just saw some ppl also from visa exempt country was also asked to submit those docs.

it's disheartining but i know people who got stucked after medical received update on their ecas and still been stucked even after a year. God knows why they are isolating us as we are criminals and they need more proofs to grant us PR status

Hi Jessica, after getting PR email what are the things you sent to CIC? Is it passport, two copy pic (writing your name and date of birth), bio-data form, Email print out - these four things?

hope is the only thing we have....its ethically incorrect for cic to process ppl who were behind us before us....
