Me too, I sent my PCC again a week ago and it still shows application received, I don't know when the process will start.

Its really frustrating to see Dec 20 to Jan 10 applicants being held up for unknown reasons. This doesnt make sense

some January applicants are facing the same delay's as late Dec applicants, where as few applicants from February have already turned IP status. don't know how this whole processing system works.

I am still waiting for DM.... Is there anyone who did landing from Winnipeg? What is the nearest location? How long it takes to go there? I saw someppl writing about biodata form in PR email... Is cic will send that form with PR email?how many copy photograph needed? Yet I didn't receive DM, can I take picture now? Kindly let me know. Congrats to those who got IP/DM/ PPR. Good luck to all of us.

2 photographs needed. yes you can take them now (it only takes 15 mins anyways). Nearest border from winnipeg is Emerson border. If you head south on pembina highway it will take you directly to emerson (no turns required). If you live on pembina towards south of the city, it should take you about 1 hour (plus minus 10 mins)
Don't freak out. it is super easy to get there.

I am a January 6 applicant. Does anyone knows anybody who inquired to CIO why Dec 20 to January 10 applicant got skipped on? If we did not get IP this week maybe we should all e-mail CIO at the same time. Let us flood their e-mail with inquiry on this. Just a wake up call for them. What is your thought on this?
