I just couldn't understand WTF is going wrong with our files. Where are our complete applications if OTTAWA then why not IP i just couldn't get it .

i know right and other thing no one is asking for any add. documents and not even replying to the effin emails . like goodd gonna reach my saturation point .

I think the person dealing with our file is common and has gone for summer break. He could be chilling out at some beach. I am just freaking out now...

I think I read somewhere in this forum that there are people who got DM without IP, or within 1 week after getting IP. Or maybe it was PPR without DM...I don't know... But I think there's still hope for us!

I can understand your impatience and reason to be hyper .........

but we have to understand that this is not as simple as it looks to us. who knows how they are processing files.
One of my colleague's uncle works in immigration dept. and once casually I asked how the system works !!!
he didn't give any details but said that its a very complex process for them and there are so many aspects of processing files.

All depends to whom your file allotted to. Not everyone is that that fast. If he/she is on vacation for a week or two thn ur file stays on their desk for that long. Some officers are so perfectionist so that they want to make sure everything on your file is genuine. If an applicant ahead of you with the same officer has some history and takes longer time or adds spouse or whatever complication...

I see so many guys here getting nervous and paranoid about the applicants who applied after them got into IP and not them... This isn't same as our schools where they start yelling out your names by Alphabetical order.

A couple of guys guys from January getting their application IP shouldn't bother you. Keep Calm. Getting paranoid is not going to help you. I would get worried too if everyone else after me gets into IP and I dont hear from CIC for a moth or so.
