My friend went to our home country before she got PPR email so when she was requested to send her PP she send it to me and then i send her PP to CIC but CIC returned her PP with visa stamp on her current address here in Canada which is the same in her PR app so i just took her PP in their mailbox and sent it back to her with visa stamp on it.. There seems no problem with it
