I am a December applicant, I received an email on July 7th from NS requesting for additional documents, to be sent to "Sydney". My ECAS changed to IP on the next day mentioning the processing started on July 4th.
R u sure it is CEC applicants? As far as I known, some ON applicants under PNP master stream are required to submit additional docs, not CEC. Maybe I am wrong.
what i was saying that all dec application were transferred to ottawa for processing whereas jan applications are processed by NOva Scotia like nov applicants
Actually my file was in still Sydney undergoing processing even 18 days after IP. I think most IP are issued by CIO, not Ottawa. But it is case by case, not all.

So that means Sydney is mostly done with applications from early to mid December and now moving on to January applications, while mid to late December applications are sitting in Ottawa waiting to be processed? I hope Ottawa has already started, just haven't updated eCAS yet...
