Please provide an original and recent police clearance certificate from Korea, Republic of (South). This must be rec~~~
It meant, I need to submit ONLY KOREAN Police clearance? Or Canadian and other country, too?
I am Dec 13th applicant. I was wondering why did they ask you for original and recent PCC from Korea? Did you submit a PCC from Korea before or not, and if yes how old was the one that you submitted?
I am asking coz my FBI clearance was older than 3 months, so I am thinking they might re-request it for me too. Thanks!
Rb2013 how long did it take you to get your fbi clearance? Freckle mentioned it took him 2 months, how about you? I have to send mine before sept 2nd and I just mailed my request for FBI clearance today, hope I can get the clearance on time or else i'll have to ask for some extension.
Btw has anyone have asked for a extension to send their documents?

I sent my application for FBI clearance on 15th May and just received the PCC today in the mail. So a month and a half I would say. But I sent my application through regular post, so it might take even lesser time for you. Good luck!

I took my old passport and expiring work permit and new passport. I gave them my job offer letter and contract signed and dated by myself and boss. I took a bank statement and my PNP nomination letter and flagpoled and told them I needed to renew my work permit. 30 minutes later I had a new work permit valid for a year.

My work permit is expiring at the end of the month and I wanna do the BOWP.
Do you think I can also do flagpole and try to get a new work permit?

I think its good in a way that you haven't got any email from CIC, which probably means your application is complete. You might have turned into IP already, its just not updated on ecas yet.

yeah i dont see why not, they asked how far along i was in the process and i told them and they said ok so you should hear within another year. Its $155 fee. I tried to do the BOWP online but it was asking for photos and medicals and it was just another headache if you ask me.
