When they requested additional documents, did you receive the email from ottawa or Sydney?? Because my procesing agent is in Sydney and I haven't heard anything from them since they received the additional documents.

Sydney office requested add docs on July 2nd, and they received Docs July 24.

I also didnt hear anything from sydney office.
So I sent email both office. (Ottawa and sydney) and got reply today

So it means that your application is still with Sydney? I also did the same thing like you did but Ottawa replied to me that they don't have my PCC's yet.they did not mention also if they have my application docs.Sydney haven't replied yet to me

I think so, because I don't even know when my application transfered to Ottawa office.

And
Sydney office's reply is really slow.
I sent email to Sydney Aug 5

Now there are more than 24 days from last PPR, I hope they issue PPR this night.

That would be really nice. I had my hopes high last Thursday. Maybe they are waiting with sending pprs until all received passports are stamped.
