Well, as email is a one to one correspondence, revealing those words in public does not seem a good idea to me. So let me give you an idea of the mail format instead of the mail.
In first paragraph they have stated what is provincial nomination.
In second paragraph, they have sated that they have the right to further scrutinize a provincial nominee, if he meets the eligibility requirements of provincial nomination, if he can successfully establish himself in Canada.
In third paragraph they have asked for the docs and medical.
the fourth paragraph is generic information
"The above documents must be received in our office within 30 days from the date of this letter. If you fail to comply with this requirement, a decision concerning your application will be made based upon the information already submitted with this application. This may result in the refusal of your application."
Is is the fact that they are restricted to send MR within 6 months of File Transfer? Your file transferred on 13th Sept and you got MR on 13th Mar i.e. exactly 6 months. Is there such time frame for each step of processing?

You are right. the additional docs they have requested are not in CIC document checklist. So I did not submit them at CiC stage. My brief search in this forum says that, SGVO had previously requested many candidates for different kind of docs at a later stage of application. So I am not worried about this. Please pray for us. So that we all can successfully complete our Canada PR journey.
