Is not the applicant who pay the compliance fee, is the Employer. The payment must be done on-line through employer portal and the system will generate a number (similar with LMIA nr). Your employer will print that nr for you and you will have the proof at the border.

Yes, send PCC again. If they have mentioned.(I did submit PCC from my back home country and Canada RCMP)
