plz help regarding mpnp sponsership !!!

One of my close cousin (blood relative)from Manitoba want to sponsor me, but my real sister is in federal Canada.......will this fact can cause rejection for my application?
PS: I have full points for mpnp immigration.

Is she living in another part of Canada or just applied for Canada under Federal Program.

if she has applied for federal program, it won't affect you, if she is living anywhere in Canada but Manitoba, it may affect you negatively.

Then the MPNP is going to say that You have significant ties to other parts of Canada.

and they most probably goanna refuse your case that you will move from Manitoba to be closer to your family.

so try under FSW or some other program if you qualify .
