I am preparing my PR application (as skilled worker) and need to make a decision whether to apply for Quebec or Federal (I can qualify for either). Can anyone tell me which one is faster? I live in the US on work visa and I believe I should send application material to Buffalo.
Some people disagree with me, but I would say do the Quebec process only if your destination is going to be Quebec. The perceived difference in time between the two processes is not always the case (in my case, the Quebec process is turning out to be just as long as the federal process.) Another option (depending upon where you want to settle) is the provincial process (for non-Quebec destinations.)
