@ Canadaforall, thanks for your contribution. Do u mean losing my marriage or my PR application, sir?

Sir ,It would be best for you if you both resolve your issues in a good manner and promise each other to live together sincerely and with love, not for PR .Most people spend more time and energy going around problems than in trying to solve them.
Anyhow your spouse has a heart and feelings .Try to solve her problems in lovely manner my friend .
Good Luck

@Kanamen, thanks

Pls I need more suggestion;

Can submitting divorce degree to CIC re-stating my marital status and strucking my ex frm my application delay my PPR?

It might but if you are legally divorced, you are obligated to inform them. Not informing CIC of changes in your family situation equals misrepresentation and makes immigration very sad if they find out.

If you are sure you can qualify without her then go ahead and do it, if you think you had her points , before qualifying know that you will have to be disqualified. Cic might think that you kept her only to get the points and then divorce her. So you have to think twice before taking any action.

All is left to you to decide what to to.

I dont need her to qualify. I started this FSW application without her since 2009, I am the main applicant and just added her couple of months ago as my spouse before the marriage hit the rock recently.
