Pls help filling the forms !

Dear friends,

I have been asked to submit the following updated form but am finding it bit difficult to do it electronically. Which is the best way I can do it, I don't want to send hand filled ones. Also IMM 0008 is not opening on my laptop or iPad either. Further since they asked for IMM8, which I think should be IMM0008. There is also one IMM 0008 DEP. should I fill both. Plebe help

You need to fill the forms electronically and print it out with the bar code when everything is filled out. The form does not open in chrome when I try, but it opens fine in explorer. So, try changing browsers and it should open. I think it's a good idea to send both IMM8 and IMM8DEP forms.

Thanks namaste, it doesn't open even in safari. So you mean all of these forms are electronically fillable. I remember probably this travellers record form was hand filled when I lodged my app. Yes it was chrome I was trying to open it with. Unfortunately my explorer is not working....oops. Thanks anyway.

you have to fill out these forms only

1. Generic mean IMM0008 or IMM8
2. Schedule A (you and your spouse)
3. Additional Family Information (You and Your Spouse)
4. Travel History

it mean you have to fill out only 6 in total.

IMM8.Dep this form is for new born baby ........so no need to send it.......it is only sent during process if there is any addition in the family

Go to top right and click sign in and u should be able to fill form
