It is mandatory to inform your VO of any change in your situation like composition of your family, job status etc. Therefore the onus is on the applicant to be transparent with the VO and eventually with the process.

Yes, your PPr will be delayed if you informed them now but that is the requirement in order to avoid any further complications.

You may send a case specific inquiry to your VO and seek their advice.

It is better to endure some delay in your applications now (by including your spouse now) than to be separated for an unknown amount of time and misery.

could u plz tell how much delay be expected upon this status change???

Hello Friend

You must inform visa office immediately. I got married last month, i was advised on this forum to inform them immediately to avoid any future complications. I sent webform (case specific enquiry) immediately and informed them regarding change of marital status. And also told them that i am arranging my wife's documents and shall send documents to visa office within 3-4 week times. Last week i did it. I sent all required documents...............!

So I STRONGLY ADVISE, INFORM YOUR VISA OFFICE IMMEDIATELY !

Regards
