Please seeking experts advise on unnamed lmia !!

My restoration period just started i was on 3 yrs open pg work permit .To get an unnamed lmia do i have to be on status like right now i am on restoration period, is it possible to get unnamed lmia now so that i can apply for workpermit again ..

First of all, good luck getting that Unnamed LMIA, which are hard to get and often given by consultants (i hope not)
You can apply for WP with +ve LMIA during your restoration period.

if you had 3yrs PGWP you must've enough CEC experience for EE, no ?

How are you intending on getting an un-named LMIA?

It must be supplied by an employer and the reality of the job market at the moment makes the issue of these pretty unlikely.

Is it through a consultant? As someone mentioned above, any un-named LMIA offer that is from a consultant is a scam.

Yeah its from a consultant but he said you will be interviewed first with an employer of same unnamed lmia . If he will satisfied with your then process will begin..
And that lmia is same as my noc 1215 job duties are common some of them ....

Need advise..

I am on PGWP and working from last 1.5 yr in same company and going to continue.

I tried once to apply LMIA from this company and got rejected bcos of log wage. Today I got promoted and raise.

My question is: Can I apply for LMIA now, after 1.5 yr from this same job ? Is it possible ?

I'd still be vary wary on this.

I'm guessing that you need to pay prior to speaking to the employer that has this LMIA? The way the market is right now, these are not just sitting around on the shelf available for use and if an employer did have one there is no way they would be engaging a consultant for recruitment. I would want contact directly with the employer prior to committing anything at all - money or otherwise.

Still erring on the side of scam here.

No difference, but if you're using a recruiter or consultant (anyone other than directly dealing with the employer), be very careful, it could be a scam...
