my sister applied for immigration under FSW, and included her husband and two kids, 9 years and 13 years onld.

now due to domestic violance she wants separation and exclude her husband from application.

is it possible at the stage when her application in process?

If he application is still in process and she has a file number she can notify immigration about the change in her marital status. If she dosen't want her husband neither does Canada

Yes the application is still in process.

The kids are 13 and 09 years old. will this affect if she notifies the CIC to exclude her husband from application?

Some one told me since the kids are only 12 and 09 years, they can not leave the country without the consent of Father?

Check with your lawyer regarding laws governing custody of the children, I dont know what the local laws are there.
