I had applied for Student permit
For a course in Confederation College
"Engineering business and safety Management"

IELTS score: w 6, L 7.5, s 6, R 5.5, Overall 6.5
Class 10: 58% , Class 12: 55%
Civil Engineering Btech: 58.5%

Six months of work experience at Construction.

Does my low score has any affect on visa??
low scores in school and College

Yes - it's certainly possible your low scores could affect your chances of getting a visa. Ultimately none of us here can tell you if you will be approved or not - you'll just have to wait and see what happens.
