Hi All

I'm going on exchange (the program is supposed to be less than 6 months) to Canada and have tried to apply a study permit online. Although it said students who stay for less than 6 months do not need a study permit, I still want to apply and get one. But I just can't get a personal checklist code when I select "temporally-less than 6 months" in one of the questionnaire questions. However, I'll get the code if I select "more than 6 months", but I just want a study permit for 6 months only! What should I do to get a personal checklist code to process my application?

Many Thanks!!!!

Doesn't matter what you want, you will get SP only if study program is more than 6 months, select "temporarily- more than 6 months".

Does that mean I need to get a medical check since I apply for more than 6 months?

You may require medical check depending on your country of residence for the past 1 year
