Please help .. um im a great problem

I called cic today and the agent told me that they have sent the correspondence to mycic account on March 11th and the deadline to upload those is april 16th ..but i do not see anything to upload nor any eequest but the agent told me that he can see that in my account there is a request .. so i dont know where um doing wrong ..can anyone give me any picture where usually those messages goes in my cic ..can anybody help plzz
