Please Help on Sending a sealed envelope to WES.

I got my transcript and degree attested and in a sealed and stamped envelope from my university. Can i just paste my WES address on that same envelope and send or do i need to put that in a A3 envelope, Paste the address on that and send?

preferable to put it in another envelope (those green courier ones) just to avoid any seal/stamp damage
