please help me with ielts ... i can't calculate !!!

please help me ... this problem is driving me mad !!!

i got the results of my ielts ... and i am totally confused .... i can't understand how many points i will get for immigration
my points are L8 R6.5 W6 S6
the over all is 6.5
i want to know please
if each ability can be calculated separately ? or all are calculated together ?
i want to know how many points i will get from this result ... because my over all score is too low and number of points is too critical for me

according to the table on CIC site
L8 = CLB9 = points 6
R6.5= CLB8 = points 5
W6= CLB7 = points 4
S6= CLB7 = points 4
so the total is 6+5+4+4 = 19
right ??????
or CLB7 = points 4 and total is 4+4+4+4 = 16
please tell me what is the right calculation ?????

You'll get 19 points... L - 6 points + R - 5 points + W - 4 points + S - 4 points
