please, I really need your help.
In the past I left UAE without exit visa as I had to report to the new work in KSA. The ministry process was really complex so I could not wait. I had to send my passport to the ministry and they finalized the process and issued cancellation "Iqama" letter. There is no final exit stamp. I sent all the required documents to LVO. I wonder why did they send me this email:
Dear Sir,
We only require the exit visa stamp in your passport issued when you exited UAE. You can scan and send this document.
You have 5 days submit this document.
Please help me, what shall I do?
