I was filling out form for FSW PR but I got confused while filling out my spouse detail.My wife having passport before marriage so in passport her name is different then now.so while filling out my wife's detail what name should I use? because in form its mentioned that used name given in passport so in form no where my wife's last name and given name will come as mine? what to do? I am confused..help me out...

Does the form say to use the passport names? if yes, then use the passport names. Lots of women don't take the husband's name as their last name.

its says Write each of your family member's given names (first, second or more) as they appear on his or her passport or official documents. so what should I use name before marraige as in passport or name after marriage? because other then passport what other official documents can i use?

If I use passport name then my wife's given name and name before the marriage will be same...will it work?

I would certainly use the name on the passport.
