PLEASE HELP ME.IM VERY CONFUSED.EI WILL AFFECT MY PR APPLICATION?

i submitted my pr application under cec last month. I DECIDED TO apply EI because the restaurant is under renovation right now.if im going to file EI, does it have a negative affect to my pr application.since employment insurance is not considered as social assistance,beacause i have paid into this benefits while im working.i dont know wether applying EI WILL AFFECT MY PERMANENT RESIDENCY APPLICATION.
