PLEASE HELP!!! IS THIS A REJECTION??

I applied for SP online through cic.gc. Today I went for biometrics and got this email from VFS

Visa application, tracking ID No.has been received at the Pakistan OC,Islamabad VAC on 8/3/2020 12:28:41 PM and is on transit to the IRCC Office in Pakistan OC,Islamabad ,for processing. Please note this is an auto generated e.mail. Please do NOT reply to this email.

What does this mean? Is this a decision for rejection? How can there be rejection without eligibility starting
And I applied through CIC not vfs.
In myCIC nothing is showing and application is processing.
what does this email mean pls help

This is not rejection or any decision at all. This is a standard auto email. it means your application now sent to visa application center (vac) for further processing.

Most likely Biometrics were uploaded and sent to VO. Don't think too much about it.

its because of biometrics you gave, The VFS manages Passport and visa related work like taking biometrics, passport from applier and deliver it to IRCC.
IRCC is like a client to them.
Many countries use services of VFS.

But I never applied through VFS so how can they send my application?

VFS is designated Canada visa application center. No you didn't apply through vfs that's right but VFS works on behalf of Canada high commissions for visa processing. They are a third party company who works on behalf of IRCC
