Please Help in Filling the Forms (LEON, EDUARDO, PMM, ...)

When You Write NOC number and the Occupation should you report your actual job title or the title of the NOC for Example I want to fill 131 and my actual title is Lecturer-Technological Institute. should I write this title in the occupation field? or write "College and Other Vocational Instructors" which is the main title for 4131?

Also please if the Occupation field does not size enough fits the job title , how you will manage that ? especially if you fill the form the computer.
