Hi every one

I had my passport and was stamped on it the study permit for two years. In my country the Canadian embassy has very strict rules to issue the study permit which i had achieved it, Like i must apply for a master degree and it should be in the same field of study like my under graduate study. (For Example, if i applied for MBA or any other business program and my study was in other field they will refuse the application even if i had got the letter of acceptance from the university) beside the financial sufficiency. To realize that also i must see a university which doesn't require GMAT test results.
I found the only suitable program in British Columbia, it's even not in Vancouver it's in a remote small city.
Now i don't want to go to that city or that university, Can i study with my current Study permit in Ontario, or Quebec??? And if yes what is required from me to do before i leave to Canada??? And if i arrived in Toronto or Montreal will they stop me at the airport and prevent me from entering Canada (as my university in BC and i arrived in Toronto or Montreal)??? In any way from the begging i want to go to one of these two states.
