1. on what basis are you submitting your application?
educational, caregiver course, employment experience..( I'm a nurse w/o caregiver course so my answer would be educational background right?)
2. Did you do any on-the-job training or practicum?
Is this the OJT or practicum for caregivers? because I did a practicum in college but as a nursing student..Should I write N/A here instead?
yup I'm also a nurse. Diba may RLE paper tayo yung nkasulat dun mga hospitals where we've interned,yun ang sinubmit ko. ok lang yung processing sa akin mabilis lang..submit ako first week ng march then 3rd week ng May may approval na. I paid 150 CAD/600 riyals for processing in SAAB bank.

Tama po ung nilagay mo. ganyan din ung akin, Nursing grad din ako.. ang nilagay ko nmn sa number 1, both educational and employment experience since I worked in Denmark for 2 years.
I just receive my Contract and LMO last may 2012. but i have a hard time finishing my application form. because of the duration of expected employment, it states in the contract that it's 24 months and the anticipated start date is ASAP. but in the form, it requires a specific date. please help!

ahh salamat.. i wrote my rle experience sa additional form for care giver, di ko iniclude yung paper na nandun yung mga hospital na pinag ojt ko. how about yung question yung sa schedule? yung sa classes, how did you answer that?

hi.. help nman. nurse dn aq sa clinic nga lng experience q about 1 and half year. documents was picked up last jan 24 2013., gaano kaya katagal yun bago aq mkareceive ng response?

hello po sa lahat, patulong po sana kung paano makapag apply ng caregiver sa Canada,pwede po ba mag apply kahit nursing grad lng at di RN? wala pa pong experience maliban sa mga duty nung nagaaral pa at ilang certificates, ano ano po ba ang mga kailangang requirements para makapag apply ng caregiver?

Hi Europegirl, I am also appplying caregiver in Canada. I submitted my application last January 15, 2013 and validity of my contract is 24 months and validity of my LMO is 5 months. My employer need me ASAP? Until now there is no message coming from the embassy of manila regarding the status of my application as a caregiver
