That was me. I had 2 refusals before getting my study permit at the 3rd try. But I didn't have such an attitude as you do now.

How did you get it? Did you strengthen your SOP or change the course? By the way, the one who got approval today also applied MBA at UCW and her bachelor is pharmatheutical. I do not see any relevance.

First thing I learned before success in my 3rd application : DO NOT COMPARE YOURSELF TO ANYONE. My intended program was logical so there was no changing in that aspect. But I learned a lot from this forum about how to write a good SOP and how to make things look good to VOs.
I keep my statement that if you still want to go with UCW, it's gonna be another refusal waiting. You can only convince VO if there are a real, recognizable career progression after graduating from that program. It is certainly not MBA at UCW in this case.

Another Issue is that I am not working as a senior economist at the Ministry of Finance now and working as a monitoring and assessment specialist at one Project Implementation Unit. How can I prove that this Ms of Economics will provide me a better future?

This was my 2nd attempt at that time I was working at the MoF, letter dated in May 24. In June I wrote letter for resignation and since July 1, I am working as a monitoring and assessment specialist in one Water Project at the expense of IFI.
