PLEASE HELP FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS

Good day , i am applying for a study permit and cic requires proof of tuition plus 10,000 for living expenses for the year. My parents have already paid most of the tuition, but their bank account only adds up $7500 for living expenses, Can they move some of money to another account at another bank to make it look more so that it can be more than the required? . Thanks in advance for help and advice.

You can submit multiple bank statements. As a general rule, they require bank statement history covering several months.

Taken from the checklist:

Supporting documents to demonstrate a reliable source of funds convertible
to Canadian dollars :
o letter of undertaking and financial documents from parent or sponsor;
o official letter of scholarship or financial award;
o investments;
o income from rental properties;
o bank statements covering several months, etc.
